Making Tracks for Bobcats
Last year’s Making Tracks for Bobcats event was a HUGE success! Now that the school year has officially begun, we are excited to announce this year’s fundraising event on Friday, September 26. The 1-mile fun walk will take place at Jones Middle School Track. Students will walk with their classes in groups based upon grade throughout the day while enjoying school spirit, music, time with classmates and a sweet treat. Each student will receive a special Barrington Bobcats Spirit item to commemorate the event, their participation and reaching our goal!
This event raises money to support additional learning experiences at Barrington including: guest speakers, field trips, additional external programming and hands-on, authentic experiences for our students.
The link to donate can be found HERE.
An average donation of $40 per student will help us surpass our goal, but we are grateful for any level of financial support you are willing to offer Barrington students. Please feel free to share the donation link with friends, family, neighbors and anyone else who would be
interested in supporting your student’s efforts!
We are also actively seeking sponsors for the Making Tracks for Bobcats event. If you or someone you know owns a small business or would like to donate as a sponsor, please find the sponsor information in the donation link (above) to sponsor our event OR reach out to Katie Wilkinson at katiekelso21@gmail.com or Kaylan Campbell at Clevinger.4@me.com.
Through the support of the Barrington Parent Teacher Organization* (PTO), funds will be provided so that all students can have equitable access to the same opportunities.
