5th Grade
Memory Book and Video

We’re so excited to be putting together the 5th Grade Graduation Video and 5th Grade Memory Book to celebrate this special milestone! To make sure every student is featured, we need your help gathering photos for both projects.

5TH GRADE VIDEO PHOTO INSTRUCTIONS

Please send us exactly 6 photos of your child.  These can include:

• Baby or toddler pictures

• School or activity photos

• Fun candid shots through the years

• Family photo

Along with the photos, please include: 

• Your child’s full name

• How you’d like their name displayed in the video (for example: Katie Smith or Katherine “Katie” Smith)

Deadline: Please submit all photos by Wednesday, December 31st (deadline now extended to Friday January 16th!)

We kindly ask that everyone stick to the 6-photo limit so that we can keep the video balanced and ensure each student gets the same spotlight. 5TH GRADE MEMORY BOOK INSTRUCTIONS

Please send us 4-5 pictures of your child with friends or classmates from this 5th grade school year.  These can include photos from:

• the first day of school

• class parties

• field trips 

• classroom learning or recess

• other events (making tracks, sing alongs, etc)

The photos can be posed or candid - both types are great!  We just want lots of shots with friends and classmates. Feel free to send all of your pictures at once or you can send them as events happen over the next several months (since there are many upcoming 5th grade school events).  

 

Please include your child's name when you submit the photos for the memory book.

 

Deadline: Please submit all memory book photos by Tuesday, February 17th.
